Packaged Treatment systems  

We offer customizable and compact Package Treatment Systems specifically designed for municipal and Industrial wastewater applications. These modular systems are engineered for easy installation and operation, optimizing treatment processes while minimizing space requirements. Our Packaged Treatment Systems are tailored to address a wide range of wastewater compositions and flow rates including Residential development/Camp Grounds/Restaurants/ Resorts and Food and Beverage wastewater treatments systems

Our systems are compact and modular in design to provide reliable and efficient water treatment solutions incorporating advanced technologies such as ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO), Advanced Oxidation processes along side with Advanced chemical and biological treatment systems to deliver high-quality treated water suitable for various uses, including potable water supply, irrigation, and industrial processes.

MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) 

Our NOVA Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Systems are innovative, compact, and highly efficient wastewater treatment solutions designed for various industrial and municipal applications. These systems combine advanced biological treatment processes with ultrafiltration membrane technology, providing superior treatment performance in a small footprint.

Orion offers Package and Custom designed MBR systems starting from as small as 5000 Gallons per day several Millions of Gallons per day.

NOVA Packaged MBR Systems

Nova MBR system is a complete packaged system from headworks to disinfection, designed to treat Municipal, Industrial and Food and Beverage wastewaters. Nova package comes in three different sizes covering a wide range of capacity per unit of 5,000 GPD up to 250,000 GPD and expandable to 1 million GPD with parallel modular configuration.

Nova Suite is a state of the art design with proven membrane technologies such as:

  1. Hollow Fiber Membranes
  2. Ceramic Membranes 
  3. Flat plate/sheet membranes

Our systems incorporate tested and proven reliable mechanical equipment and instrumentation for hassle free operations. Nova comes with a control panel housing Alan Bradley PLC and provides remote access capability and cloud-based monitoring system.

MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor):

MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) System
Orion Water Solutions’ Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) Systems are an advanced biological treatment solution that combines the benefits of both attached growth and suspended growth processes. These systems utilize specially designed plastic media to provide a high surface area for the growth of biofilm, resulting in efficient removal of organic contaminants and nutrients from industrial wastewater. Orion offer both package and custom designed MBBR Systems which are compact, modular, and scalable, making them an ideal choice for industries with limited space or those looking to expand their wastewater treatment capacity.

Orion’s MBBR packaged system is built in a steel construction, housing all necessary process units like Screening, Equalization, Bioreaction and clarification along with world class instrumentation, valves and mechanical equipment for the process.

Orion MBBR packaged systems are equipped with Control panels for easy and minimal operation oversight for meeting or exceeding designed discharge effluent standards.

A tertiary Filtration and disinfection equipment can be added downstream of the MBBR modular design to meet stricter discharge standards.

Package MBBR System for Municipal Strength Wastewater

Oil Water Separator

Orion provides a wide range of Oil Water separator equipment/systems ranging from 50 gpm to 1500 gpm. Most of our design is based on the API (American petroleum Institute) standards. The temperature ranges from ambient to 180F. O&G in feed up to 30% reducing with an efficiency of removal >90%.  

System can be fully automated with control valves at feed and effluent and adjust oil removal efficiency as required and equipped with an SS316 plate pack. Other material may be available on request.

Orion OWS comes in permanent installation setup and mobile containerized units for flexible and modularity.

Mobile RO systems are portable water systems for drinking water and brackish water applications to remove impurities from water, making it safe for drinking or reuse/recycle purposes. 

Orion helped customers to install Mobile RO systems in remote locations/tighter space arrangements for producing drinking/recycled water.
